The Last of Us Part I PC system requirements

The Last of Us is a popular action-adventure game developed by Naughty Dog and first released in 2013 for PlayStation 3. The game received critical acclaim for its immersive gameplay, compelling storyline, and stunning visuals. However, the game was exclusive to PlayStation, leaving PC gamers unable to experience the game’s brilliance. This all is changing this March, when The Last of Us will be finally released for PC on Steam and Epic Games Store.

Sony has published system requirements for a PC version of NaughtyDog’s The Last of Us Part I. Looks like the game is going to be quite demanding.

Minimum (30 FPS, 720p, low):

  • CPU: Intel Core i7 4770K or AMD Ryzen 5 1500X
  • RAM: 16GB
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 970 (4GB), GeForce GTX 1050Ti (4GB), AMD Radeon RX 470 (4GB), AMD Radeon RX 6500XT (4GB)
  • Storage: 100GB SSD

Recommended (60 FPS, 1080p, high):

  • CPU: Intel Core i7 8700 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
  • RAM: 16GB
  • GPU: GeForce RTX 2070 Super (8GB), GeForce RTX 3060 (8GB) or AMD Radeon RX 5700XT/6600XT (4GB)
  • Storage: 100GB SSD

Performance (60 FPS, 1440p, high):

  • CPU: Intel Core i7 9700K or AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
  • RAM: 32GB
  • GPU: GeForce RTX 2080 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 6750XT
  • Storage: 100GB SSD

Ultra (60 FPS, 4K, ultra):

  • CPU: Intel Core i5 12600K or AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
  • RAM: 32GB
  • GPU: GeForce RTX 4080 or AMD Radeon RX 7900XTX
  • Storage: 100GB SSD

The long-awaited PlayStation exclusive will be available for Steam and Epic Games Store users on the 28th of March, 2023.
